Is a rolling Backpack allowed as a Carryon on a flight?

I am going to need to bring a binder and some games and all that. And I was wondring if I could take a backpack?

Yea you can take a rolling as a carryon as long as it's small enough! As long as it's not bigger than approximately 22 in. by 18 in. by 10 in, but you shouldn't worry because the normall carry-on rolling bag is 22 in. by 14 in. by 9 in. So have a fun and safe flight!

Hope I helped!

What type of luggage should I use, hiking backpack or rolling suitcase?

I am traveling through Italy by train (public transportation) to Milan, Venice, Florence, and Rome. What type of luggage do you suggest, a hiking backpack or a rolling suitcase?

Which rolling backpack or little suitcase is the sturdiest for everyday use?

This would include dragging it down the sidewalk several miles every week.

If walking a backpack is better with a frame if heavy and it frees up your hands, much better than carrying or dragging with the hand
