Will a Targus RG0318 15.4 Gravity Backpack fit under the seat on a plane?

I purchased a Targus RG0318 15.4 Gravity Backpack to haul my laptop, mp3, camera, cords, ID, meds, money etc all on a trip with me to South America and I wondered if anyone has used this and it fit under the seat.

It won't fit under the seat, but it will fit in the overhead.
