okay so this is my second laptop charger (which is 100$) and the tip broke, i have a targus charger that comes with like 8 diff. tips and the one for my laptop broke!!! i am not spending another 100$ on a new charger so is there anywhere i can buy the individual tip???!!! please hurry my laptops gonna die .......

I bought a targus USB Number pad for my laptop. When I plug it in it tries to install it but says I didn't find specified file for HID Keyboard device. I plugged it into my girfriends computer and it worked fine.

You have to have the serial number & store receipt to send in the warranty information. You usually have to do this within 30 days of purchasing the item or the warranty is declined. They verify that you are doing it within 30 days by the copy of your sales receipt from when you purchased.
